ABOUT WHITELION
COACHING
WhiteLion Coaching has been in the making for well over 20 years. After graduating from Bible college, Kelli Semar knew her purpose was to help people. Seeing potential in people, things, and opportunities has always been a strength of hers. Kelli grew up competing in rodeo and was taught from a very young age to set goals and work her way to achieving them. Her success and training in the rodeo world transferred easily into the rest of her life. As she grew as an adult, she and her husband, Danial, became fascinated with business and real estate. This spurred them into owning multiple small businesses, including a thriving real estate office in their small town of Cleveland, TX. Kelli still has a deep love for people and horses. Today, she has found a way to integrate all three of her loves into helping others. That became WhiteLion Coaching.
WhiteLion got its name due to a vision that Kelli had when she decided to open her coaching practice. Part of the vision was a majestic white lion that was guiding her down the road to success. It is an honor to lead others down that same path, to give others the gift she had been given.

At WhiteLion Coaching, the primary value is faith. Kelli Semar, the founder of WhiteLion, firmly believes that God is the source of all success, and coaching is based on biblical beliefs. While it is not required to be a Christian to work with WhiteLion, it is important to know that coaching is based on faith-based values. The Bible says in Revelation that God opens doors that no man can shut, and shuts doors that no man can open, and this is the foundation on which WhiteLion Coaching is built.
The second value at WhiteLion is family. Kelli Semar understands the importance of family and marriage, and coaching is always centered on what is best for the client's spouse and family relationship. For example, if someone needs to work longer hours to achieve a goal, WhiteLion will help the client find a way to achieve the goal without sacrificing family time. The well-being of the client's family is a top priority at WhiteLion.
The third and equally important value at WhiteLion is integrity. All coaching is based on honesty and integrity. In the world of business, there are often gray areas, but it is essential that all professional decisions are made with the client's integrity in mind. At WhiteLion, it is believed that true success cannot be achieved without integrity. This is a core value that guides all coaching and ensures that clients achieve their goals with integrity and honesty.
KELLI'S HISTORY
Kelli Semar is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, certified DISC Practitioner, speaker, and business strategist who has spent her career doing one thing exceptionally well: developing people.
It started early. Raised in Cleveland, Texas as the daughter of a pastor, Kelli grew up sitting with grieving families and celebrating with strangers, watching her father pour into people without hesitation. That shaped everything. Years of training horses deepened her ability to read body language and personality patterns, and in college she pursued counseling and ministry, traveling the world and bringing hope to communities in need.
Alongside her husband Danial, Kelli has built and operated multiple businesses over 15 years, which means she does not just coach from a framework. She coaches from the field. She knows what it costs to lead a team, make hard calls, and keep going when the pressure is high. That lived experience is what separates her coaching from the rest.
As the founder of White Lion Coaching, Kelli works with entrepreneurs and business professionals who are ready to grow beyond where they are. Her approach goes deep: mindset, identity, leadership, and purpose. Because lasting results are built from the inside out.
Kelli is also a sought-after speaker at the intersection of faith, leadership, and business. When she is not coaching or speaking, you will find her on her ranch in Cleveland, surrounded by horses, family, and the kind of community that reminds you what really matters.
